Understanding design thinking is critical for engaging with clients. It combines what is desirable from a human perspective with what is technologically feasible and economically viable.
This overview course introduces the design thinking process and how to solve problems by focusing on people's needs and understanding the business impact.
It covers how to apply empathy, curiosity, and customer-centricity in sales engagements and projects to better understand clients, shift the conversation to focus on business outcomes, uncover deeper problems, and deliver meaningful solutions.
Real-world case studies illustrate how design thinking was successfully applied in client situations.
Participants gain a high-level understanding of design thinking principles and are able to apply them in their roles.
