About the Program
When client work is going well, particularly when client relationships are long-established, it can be a shock when things don’t go according to plan.
This program uses the Harvard-style case method with a detailed scenario based on real-life situations.
Participants follow three different protagonists as they deal with conflict management within the client team, resolve misaligned expectations with a CEO to rescue a project, and navigate executive changes that could negatively impact future consulting revenues.
Participants practice and enhance the skills necessary for critical analysis, judgment, decision-making, and action to set work up for success and confidently address problems when they arise.
