Personal Presence

Whilst being proficient in specific topics, many professionals fail to reach their full potential because they do not develop a suitable personal presence. Having the ability to easily connect, authoritatively influence and credibly communicate with clarity and purpose is critical to creating the right impression, especially in the first instance.

This course covers areas such as the use of voice, body language, emotional intelligence, messaging and communication, rapport building, and the impact of appearance and behaviours on perceptions.
