About the Program
Clients rely on service organizations to address issues, implement change, and achieve outcomes. Operating quickly and under pressure demands the appropriate mindset, skills, and tools.
This course emphasizes the key skills necessary for successful execution, such as listening, facilitating, interviewing, and negotiating. It examines how to establish client relationships, utilize tools to identify issues and assess possible solutions, create and confidently deliver recommendations to clients, and enhance client involvement.
Participants will gain a strategic framework for execution and practice the skills necessary for achieving successful outcomes through a blend of lectures, case discussions, and interactive group exercises.
