About the Program
One of the key concepts in effective communication is structured thinking. A strong structure enhances confidence in communication and aids in presenting ideas clearly and succinctly.
The course, grounded in Minto’s Pyramid Principle, examines how to effectively organize thoughts, formulate hypotheses, craft persuasive arguments, and clarify intricate messages.
To foster the practical use of pyramid thinking, the course includes team exercises that involve analyzing various relevant publicly available articles.
Participants acquire an understanding of pyramid thinking principles and gain practical experience in applying this approach, aiming to implement it immediately in their daily work.
